“Since the inauguration of Donald Trump on January 20th, 2017, the number of trafficking arrests for human trafficking in 2017 have doubled the total numbers provided for the entire year of 2014 by the Department of Justice. Each individual law enforcement operation has been listed below for reader convenience.”

  1. I have an idea, Celia. All posters with names like “Arbiter of Truth” or “Mr Obvious” should be immediately blocked, with their comments deleted. Is it censorship? Yes. Of verbal violence. Any more questions?

    1. “Verbal violence”?? Care to point out any examples of this, Elizabeth?

I have always held the opinion that “The Truth Barrier” is an apt name for this site. What Elizabeth proposes is to raise the barrier so high that no truth can possibly get in.

        1. Why would you use your name? It is alread pathetic that i feel the need to comment on this silly blog as it is.

  2. here is what your dude Milo Yiannopoulos had to say on this:

“”We get hung up on this sort of child abuse stuff to the point where we are heavily policing consensual adults,” Yiannopoulos says in the clip.

“In the homosexual world, particularly, some of those relationships between younger boys and older men – the sort of ‘coming of age’ relationship – those relationships in which those older men help those young boys discover who they are and give them security and safety and provide them with love and a reliable, sort of rock, where they can’t speak to their parents,” he adds.

He also flippantly recalls his own sexual abuse, apparently with a priest, saying, “I’m grateful for Father Michael; I wouldn’t give nearly such good head if it wasn’t for him.”

  3. You do realize that this “information” is not true . Did any of you check the information or do any research at all? You can believe that trump is your saviour all day but back it with truth. Not a fluff piece from some shady right wing bullshit blog.

    1. Hey Mr obviously a troll, in what way is this information “not true”. Please do tell. The article links to a 2014 DoJ report and compares that information with the information we have so far in 2017.

      1. It’s typical of trolls that they give big homework assignments to their opponents while requiring nothing more of themselves than saying something isn’t true. . . . And at this point, it’s a waste of time to shill anyone. The tactic is only there to bring up negative emotions in a group of people online; it rarely changes public opinion on an issue. All the targets have to do is delete the comments and block the shill, and move on to reasonable discussion. Which I suggest everyone here do. And stay positive. Celia has posted some very good news here.

    2. If it is bullshit and shady why bother to come here, other than to annoy people? With language like that you certainly won’t be enlightening anyone.

  4. I seen you on alex jones. FIGHT! Speak your piece. A good many of us in the US know exactly what is going on. Dont believe main media. We know what is happening. Kind regards to you and your kin.

  5. I have a question, and possible angle for investigating these stories. We often hear that a big bust got no mention in the media. But as a reporter knows, these things are filled as police reports. Police beat reporters access these all the time. Do a reporter noticed the arrests in the paperwork and submitted a story. And then what happened? His or her editor said they weren’t going to publish it. The reporter would have asked why. What happened in that exchange? Is this a frequent occurrence for reporters across America now?

    1. That’s an excellent point Elizabeth. We’d have to do research into who was given these assignments.

This morning I was also wondering what it would take to be able to track down some of Dennis Hastert’s victims and interview them?

    2. Yes, certain topics are unreported in the Mainstream Press. RFK jr and Bob Di Niro announce a strong challenge to the myth of vaccine safety, and NOBODY COVERS IT! It’s easy to see why: the billions of advertising revenue from Big Pharma.

So why is pedophilia/human trafficking also ignored? The simple answer is: politics.
This is the Swamp being drained, first at its outlying fringes, and finally in DC, which is a major hub of major players. Household names.
      Stand by.

      1. So what is the “myth” of vaccine safety, anyway? Certainly no-one claims that there is absolutely no chance of harm, just that the chances of harm from the diseases are magnitudes greater without vaccination to prevent them.

You think news outlets are controlled by “billions” in ad revenue from Pharma companies? Every one of them? Have you done your homework on this? How much is really spent in a year for drug company sds during news programs, what percentage of that is for vaccines, not other more profitable products, and how much of the total ad revenue does the pharma spend represent?

        Support your claims with facts.

          1. You state that as if your point is a forgone conclusion. It isn’t.

Show us the facts. How much of the total ad revenue does pharma company ads represent? And how much of that is even for vaccines?

Once you see that what you are pointing to is just a drop in the bucket, your argument that pharma companies use the threat of pulling their ads to force the networks not to cover things that anti-vaxxers think are newsworthy falls apart completely.

No, the networks choose not to cover it because the ramblings of two crackpots announcing a phony “challenge” just *isn’t* newsworthy.

            1. “(The United States and New Zealand are the only two countries in the world that allow DTC advertising for prescription drugs, and total pharmaceutical ad spending in the U.S. rose to $4.9 billion in 2014 from $4.2 billion in 2013, according to Kantar Media.)”

$4.9 billion in 2014. If one simply watches the TV news, I’m guessing you don’t, it would be easy to see that a good deal of the ads are for new vaccines. I can’t watch it for you, you’ll have to tune in yourself.

            2. Stephen, you only did half the homework. How much of that $4.9 billion was ads for vaccines? And during that same time period, what was the total amount of revenue for ads from ALL ADVERTISERS?

          1. Tell how *you* define “safe” and “effective”.

Be sure to compare that to the “safeness” and “effectivenes” of not having any barriers to vaccine-preventable diseases.

            1. Please stop fucking around You know exactly what I’m talking about, but since you insist on playing Johnny dunce cap, I will clarify my position. First “arbiter”,the burden of proof lies with the defenders of the orthodoxy, Allow me to explain.. in the absence of scientific and clean data indicating that outcomes in a vaccinated cohort were better than a non vaxxed group ,then your claims are worthless.. not to mention kind of evil. Hope this helps (but I doubt it will)

            2. Well, well. Nice try at righteous indignance. And you have added some new qualifiers. In addition to providing your definitions for “safe” and “effective” now you need to tell us what you mean by “clean” data.

And what “claim” did I make that you are saying is worthless and possibly evil? Please explain.

            3. @chris mullen: So why do you make these comments if you can’t explain what you mean by them?
Is it because you don’t undetstand them yourself, and are just partiting what you read somewhere else?

        1. Ask your Doctor if this latest pill we are pushing is good for you? Even if it may cause stroke, heart attack, 24 hour erection or anal leakage. LOL. This advertising should be banned. They already advertise to the doctors.

        2. here you go:

Advertising drives cost increases. According to Kantar Media, the drug industry spent $5.4 billion on ads in 2015. That’s a 19 percent increase over 2014 alone.
